This is the first senior underwriting hire and a ground-floor opportunity to define underwriting standards, protect the portfolio, and partner directly with leadership as the company scales.DefinedAs a Senior Underwriter, you will be the trusted final decision-maker on merchant cash advance and revenue-based financing deals (average size ~$50k). You'll run merchant interviews, conduct deep risk analysis, and structure offers that balance competitiveness with repayment sustainability.
