(PTO)-Because we all deserve some relaxation Medical, Dental and Vision benefits (FT)* Discounted meals while on duty 'Love That Chicken!'Fun, supportive, and inclusive team culture Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house Lead shifts with confidence-ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned. Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members What you Bring: 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus!) A people-first leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills A love for fast-paced environments and great food Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays Familiarity with managing food and labor costs preferred This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
