This role involves performing a variety of complex assembly operations on small to medium-sized electro-mechanical assemblies (or sub-assemblies) with strict tolerance requirements. The technician will ensure the production of high-quality products that meet customer specifications and provide comprehensive support activities, including customer assistance.Hours - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PMEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Assembly and Inspection:Operate manual and power tools to position, align, and fit parts precisely according to knowledge or blueprintsUtilize basic and advanced measurement tools to test, evaluate, and troubleshoot line winder assemblies during first piece, in-process, and final inspectionsPerform all necessary customer repairsMaterial Management:Conduct basic data entry to update the status of job ordersUnderstand customer requirements to create production orders, issue materials, schedule daily activities, and handle receivingPrepare packaging and complete all related documentation for shipping completed assemblies and repairs, including international shipmentsPlace orders with suppliers through established blanket ordersDocu:30 PMment and inspect incoming shipments from suppliersAssist with inventory maintenanceCustomer Support:Provide telephone support for all line winder products, including processing customer orders and diagnosing repair issuesHelp maintain customer discrepancy logsTrain other associates one-on-oneComplete all required documentation and report labor accurately and promptlyAdhere to safety guidelines, quality system procedures, and housekeeping standardsQualifications:Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly tasksAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsProficiency with manual and power tools, as well as measurement instrumentsGood communication skills for customer support and training purposesBasic data entry and material management skillsUnderstanding of safety and quality proceduresTriangle does not sponsor for employment visa status.Triangle is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
