Assembler Entry Level

AssemblerWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on assembly experience in a fast-paced production environment. Training is provided.ResponsibilitiesAssemble assemblies by following written work instructions and diagramsUse hand tools and basic power tools to complete assembly tasksPerform visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracyPackage, label, and prepare finished products for the next stage of productionMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all company safety, quality, and production standardsWork effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goalsAdditional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments.Familiarity with cable assembly or similar small-part assembly work is an advantage.Exposure to or interest in learning Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Comfort using common hand tools and basic measuring or inspection tools.Willingness to work different shifts and occasional overtime based on production needs.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allendale, NJ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
