Title: Project SchedulerLocation: Oregon (onsite) - USDuration: 12 months, possible extensionsCompensation: $60-70/hrWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.We are seeking a Project Scheduler to support large-scale, mission-critical/data center construction projects. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing detailed project schedules from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. The Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring all project activities are properly sequenced, aligned, and executed to meet aggressive timelines and high reliability standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain master project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6Build detailed schedules covering all phases including design, procurement, construction, MEP installation, and commissioningIdentify and manage the critical path, schedule dependencies, and potential risksCoordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure schedule alignment across all tradesTrack progress, update schedules regularly, and provide accurate forecastingAnalyze schedule impacts, delays, and changes; develop recovery plans as neededSupport coordination of MEP systems, OFCI equipment delivery, and commissioning milestonesGenerate schedule reports and communicate status, risks, and updates to stakeholdersParticipate in project meetings to provide schedule insights and drive accountabilityQualifications:3+ years of experience in project scheduling within construction or engineering environmentsExperience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling toolsUnderstanding of construction sequencing, particularly in mission-critical or data center projectsFamiliarity with MEP systems, commissioning processes, and equipment coordinationStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting data center or other mission-critical construction projectsKnowledge of OFCI equipment tracking and integration into schedulesFamiliarity with QA/QC and commissioning milestones (L1–L5)Experience working with cross-functional teams including construction, engineering, and operationsWork Environment:Combination of on-site and office-based work depending on project needsAbility to support fast-paced construction environments with evolving prioritiesMay require extended hours to meet project deadlinesW2, direct hires only.
