Project Manager III – HealthcareOur client, a leading healthcare organization dedicated to improving member and provider experiences, is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead large-scale, enterprise-level initiatives supporting strategic business and operational goals. This individual will oversee complex, cross-functional projects from inception through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline expectations while partnering closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams.Type: Contract – 12+ Months DurationPay Range: $60.00 – 70.00/hr., DOELocation: 100% Remote (Must Reside in OR, WA,ID, or UT)Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours; flexibility for occasional extended hours may be requiredOccasional Travel RequiredResponsibilities of the Project Manager III:Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectivesOversee multiple concurrent projects while managing timelines, priorities, resource allocation, risks, and project dependenciesDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, status reporting, and stakeholder communication strategiesPartner closely with organizational leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and client groups to drive project alignment and executionFacilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and proactively address project risks, issues, and roadblocksManage scope, budget, resource planning, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycleAssemble and guide project teams by assigning responsibilities, coordinating resources, and providing direction to team membersMonitor project performance through metrics, reporting, and analysis to ensure projects remain on target and cost effectiveContribute to and uphold enterprise project management methodologies, standards, and best practicesMentor and support the development of project management capabilities across teams when appropriateStay current on evolving project management tools, methodologies, and industry best practicesEnsure timely resolution of issues and proactively recommend solutions to maintain project success and operational efficiencyQualifications of the Project Manager III:5+ years of progressive project and/or program management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiativesProven experience managing concurrent projects with budgets exceeding $1M and teams of 10+ individualsStrong schedule management experience, including developing project timelines, managing dependencies, tracking milestones, and mitigating delaysFamiliarity with PMI methodologies and PMBOK principlesExperience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams within fast-paced environmentsProficiency with project management tools and software for planning, reporting, and resource managementStrong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skillsExperience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, scope, and resource allocationAbility to present project updates and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholdersProven ability to mentor teams, drive accountability, and successfully deliver projects on time and within budgetBachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experiencePMP or Project Management certification strongly preferred**We are unable to accommodate corp. to corp. candidates**About Motus Recruiting and Staffing, Inc:Founded in 2006, Motus is an award-winning recruiting and staffing firm in the Pacific Northwest, specializing in professional services and technology solutions.
