This role manages approximately 10 carpenters and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, profitably, and to our high standards of craftsmanship.This is a leadership role requiring strong carpentry expertise, production management experience, and advanced comfort with technology. We are a fully paperless company and utilize technology at every stage of our operations. Proficiency with our digital systems is required for success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesDivision LeadershipLead, supervise, and develop a team of approximately 10 carpentersSet daily and weekly production goals aligned with project schedulesHold team members accountable to safety, quality, and productivity standardsPromote company values: Safety, Accountability, and CraftsmanshipProduction ManagementOversee carpentry projects from kickoff to completionCoordinate closely with estimating and operationsMonitor labor hours to ensure projects stay within budgetIdentify production challenges early and implement solutionsConduct site visits and quality control checksTechnology & Process Management (Required)We are paperless.
