Trust and Safety is a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges.**Description**We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented User Reporting and Screening Operations Lead to drive the operational excellence and strategic growth of our online safety initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Policy, External Engagement, and Program Management, you will be instrumental in defining, optimizing, and scaling our global moderation and screening processes. This critical role requires a leader who can navigate complex regulatory landscapes, manage strategic vendor relationships, and collaborate extensively across functions to protect our users from harm.
