Omnichannel Experience Strategy

Location: RemoteIntroductionWe are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly collaborative contractor to support our Personalization & Omnichannel team. In this role, you will help drive key initiatives for our Omnichannel program, focusing on the intersection of digital and physical retail. You will play a vital role in supporting research, experience strategy, and cross-functional partnerships to ensure our customers enjoy a seamless experience across our retail app and 500 physical retail locations.Required Skills & Qualifications:4 years of professional experience with a background in strategy, e-commerce, and/or customer experience.Proven ability to see digital experiences through from concept to launch, while maintaining a clear view of the bigger strategic picture and remaining highly customer-centric.Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously with strong context-switching skills.Strong analytical mindset with a knack for uncovering root causes, simplifying complexity, and making data-driven decisions.Experience in the global retail B2C space, specifically with retail mobile apps.Proactive, action-oriented self-starter who thrives when working through ambiguity.Exceptional verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Strong understanding of user experience and human-centered design thinking.Familiarity with Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and personalized digital marketing strategies.Proven track record of facilitating collaborative connections across complex, cross-functional organizations (e.g., product, physical retail, marketing).Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Support near-term initiatives by assisting in the strategic oversight of cross-channel and in-store digital experiences.Conduct secondary customer journey research, partner with our Insights team on primary research, and analyze market trends to help clarify opportunities at the intersection of digital and physical retail.Partner with our Analytics team to develop robust measurement plans and analyze feature performance.Collaborate closely with product managers and Retail tech teams on experiences including, but not limited to, BOPIS, self-checkout, and in-store app capabilities.Support the CLM team in integrating personalized messaging into the Client Store app, ensuring customers are guided and supported throughout their shopping journey.Assist in authoring detailed strategic briefs and compelling presentations (using Keynote) to inform cross-functional partners of business priorities, opportunities, and performance metrics.Company Benefits & Culture:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Flexible work schedule and remote work opportunities.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
