PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE SummaryThe Broker-Dealer Technology & Business Analyst is a dual-function role serving as the primary liaison between the IT group and the Front and Back Office on all business and financial system interfaces, as well as the primary application support individual for the broker-dealer's core platforms. The position is equally responsible for the systems engineering and network administration of the IT environment, and for the business analysis and requirements management supporting regulatory compliance, KYC/AML onboarding, trade operations, and ongoing FINRA regulatory obligations. This role is the permanent owner of the intersection between the BD's technology infrastructure and its compliance and operational workflows, accountable for system integrity, regulatory alignment, and operational continuity across both tracks.DutiesIT Systems Engineering & Infrastructure• Manage and administer the branch's Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (Entra ID) tenant, including user provisioning, group policy, identity lifecycle, SSO, and MFA configuration.• Own endpoint management and modern device management workflows using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application packaging.• Manage the Virtual Infrastructure environment (VMware ESXi / Azure Solution), supporting legacy onpremises servers while maintaining and administering the branch's primary cloud-based infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.• Administer Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services in alignment with Head Office standards.• Manage network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VLANs, switching, routing, firewall rules, and ACLs• Maintain all production, development, and test environment servers on regular patch and version update schedules to maximize operational stability.• Manage systems inventory and warranties, ensuring no production system falls out of support or maintenance coverage.• Coordinate with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to proactively address pending failures and ensure service continuity.• Author, maintain, and execute change management requests in accordance with the change control framework, ensuring audit-ready documentation at all stages.• Develop and maintain IT desk procedures, runbooks, and SOPs in accordance with both internal and external provisions.• Serve as primary point of escalation for Broker Dealer technology incidents, coordinating with Head Office IT and third-party vendors as needed
