Marketing Manager (Confidential – Financial Services)We’re partnering with a growing, highly respected firm in the financial services space to identify a Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of marketing strategy, execution, and team leadership.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and knows how to balance creativity with compliance.⸻What You’ll DoLead & Develop the Marketing Function* Manage and mentor a team across social media, events, and marketing operations* Establish clear workflows, priorities, and performance expectations* Build a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and executionDrive Marketing Strategy & Execution* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support business growth* Partner with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives* Oversee campaigns across digital, print, and event channelsContent & Brand Oversight* Lead creation of compliant, high-quality marketing materials including: * Social media campaigns * Email communications * Print collateral (presentations, brochures, pitch materials) * Website and digital content* Ensure brand consistency across all platformsDigital & Social Media Leadership* Oversee social media strategy and content calendars* Monitor performance metrics and optimize engagement* Ensure all activity meets compliance and archiving standardsEvents & Client Engagement* Lead planning and execution of client events, seminars, and corporate functions* Support initiatives that enhance client experience and brand presenceMarketing Operations* Manage marketing systems, tools, and vendor relationships* Track KPIs and campaign performance to drive data-informed decisionsCompliance & Regulatory Alignment* Partner closely with compliance to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory standards* Maintain strong knowledge of FINRA and SEC marketing guidelines* Implement processes for proper approvals, disclosures, and recordkeeping ⸻What We’re Looking For* 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within financial services, wealth management, or an RIA* 2+ years of team leadership experience* Strong understanding of marketing compliance in regulated environments (FINRA/SEC)* Experience working cross-functionally with advisors, leadership, and compliance teams* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment⸻Key Strengths* Strategic thinker with strong execution skills* Exceptional communication and content development ability* Highly organized with strong project management skills* Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach* Detail-oriented, especially in compliance-heavy environments⸻Compensation & Benefits* Base salary: $75,000* Bonus: 5–10%* 401(k) with match* Health, dental, and vision benefits
