The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the daily risk management function within the Prime Brokerage business, with a focus on client leverage, exposures, and new account reviews. This role involves running daily meetings with senior stakeholders to discuss portfolio positions, exposures, and client activity, as well as overseeing client portfolios primarily in large-cap equities and some exposure to fixed-income securities. The Head of Prime Brokerage Risk will also be tasked with evaluating and approving new client onboarding, managing a small team, and ensuring that all risk management activities are in line with the firm's risk appetite and regulatory standards.Applicants for the Head of Prime Brokerage Risk position at the company should have a strong background in risk management, particularly within the financial services industry.
