Principle Systems Engineero Experience applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles, including system modeling with Cameo, or equivalent tools.o Familiarity with Digital Engineering practices and tool chains to enhance design, integration, and test workflows. o Experience with high level programming languages (e.g. Python).o Demonstrated engineering technical abilities and project management experience.o Experience collaborating with internal and external customers in a team environment (Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor).o Active and transferable TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8+ years of prior engineering experience. Pluseso Experience with systems installation, integration, and test activities.o Proficiency in relevant programming languages (Python, C++, etc).o Experience with Request for Change (RFC) impact reviews and assessment processes.o Experience with customer NSIS requirements and rapid delivery methods.o Evidence of strong customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.o Experience working across contract and location boundaries o Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, and collaborative engineering tools.communication.
