Position OverviewWe are seeking a Cybersecurity Systems Engineer to design and implement secure technical solutions supporting mission systems. The engineer will analyze system requirements, recommend security approaches, and collaborate with technical teams to integrate security into system architectures. Provide cybersecurity engineering support to system design and developmentIdentify and document security requirements and controlsTranslate customer security needs into technical architectureConduct system assessments and recommend improvementsSupport system design reviews and engineering documentationCollaborate with developers, engineers, and program leadershipEvaluate security risks and propose mitigation strategies Required SkillsActive Top Secret/SCI with PolygraphBachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field3–8 years experience in systems engineeringBackground in cybersecurity engineeringExperience supporting federal or mission environmentsUnderstanding of system architecture and engineering processesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in team environments Desired SkillsExperience supporting IC or DoD programsSecurity certification (Security+, CISSP, etc.) Please note that all applicants must be U.S. citizens and require additional screening from our clients.Fusion Innovation LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
