As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a vital role in amplifying our reach and driving new business through strategic prospecting and relationship-building.What You’ll DoYou’ll serve as the voice and outreach engine. This isn’t a generic outreach role—we’re looking for someone who can build community, craft high-quality posts, and open doors to strategic accounts.Content Creation: Write authentic, engaging posts using LinkedIn to grow a community around Areal.ai’s mission.Prospecting & Messaging: Direct message leads with genuine, personalized outreach to identify new opportunities and qualify leads.Meeting Booking: Set up calls with decision-makers from target accounts for the CEO or sales team.Email Follow-Ups: Continue conversations beyond LinkedIn with well-written, relevant email follow-ups.Industry Research: Identify trends, high-value companies, and new contact strategies for outbound efforts.CRM Tracking: Keep a clear log of outreach, responses, and next steps to inform strategy and performance metrics.What We’re Looking ForAt least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or LinkedIn-based outreachA track record of success in, or a strong understanding of, software-as-a-service sales companiesExperience writing or engaging on LinkedIn in a B2B SaaS context (samples welcome).Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you can write a cold email that gets a reply and hold your own on a call with a VPFast learner — you will need to get up to speed on mortgage operations quickly; intellectual curiosity is not optionalFamiliarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/HubSpot, and basic CRM systems.Comfortable with occasional travel to industry conferences (2–3 per year)Who Thrives in This RoleYou’ll do great at Areal.ai if you:Are curious, strategic, and methodical—you enjoy building genuine relationships through thoughtful outreach.Are excited to help build the top of the funnel from scratch, and iterate as we scale.Want to work in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where your voice is heard and your work has visible impact.At Areal.ai, we’re building something meaningful—and we’d love for you to help us tell that story, one conversation at a time.
