This fully remote role provides telephonic and virtual clinical care during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.As a key clinical resource, you will support patients and facility staff by managing acute and chronic concerns, helping reduce unnecessary hospital transfers, and ensuring continuity of care outside of standard business hours.
