The Nurse Practitioner will provide patient-centered telehealth services including virtual consultations, symptom assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, patient education, and ongoing follow-up care.The ideal candidate is comfortable practicing independently in a remote setting, values efficient and professional communication, and is confident managing a diverse patient population through telemedicine platforms. Providers will collaborate with the practice as needed to support continuity of care while maintaining timely documentation and adherence to clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.This role is ideal for clinicians seeking flexible supplemental income, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding multi-state telehealth practice. Candidates willing to obtain additional state licensure are strongly encouraged to apply.Qualifications* Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license with Family Nurse Practitioner board certification required.* Preferred - Current DEA license and ability to prescribe independently in accordance with state regulations.* Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as the practice expands preferred.* Prior telehealth, primary care, weight management, wellness, hormone, or functional/integrative medicine experience preferred.* Proficiency with telehealth platforms, electronic medical records (EMR), and remote patient communication.* Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and evidence-based treatment planning skills.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail in documentation.* Ability to work independently, efficiently, and professionally in a remote environment.* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage patient care responsibilities autonomously.* Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
