ISO Relations Manager

Job description:About the RoleAspire Funding Platform is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven ISO Relations Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background who thrives on building partnerships, managing accounts, and driving business growth within the financial services space.This is a hybrid position; however, the selected candidate will be required to work fully in-office for the first 3 months as part of our comprehensive training program.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and expand relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs)Serve as the primary point of contact for ISO partners, ensuring strong communication and satisfactionIdentify and onboard new ISO partners to grow Aspire’s networkCollaborate with internal underwriting and funding teams to ensure smooth deal flowMonitor partner performance and provide strategic guidance to maximize productionRepresent Aspire Funding Platforms at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesStay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developmentsQualifications2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business developmentStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel for industry events and partner meetingsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focusedBonus Points:Experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) or alternative lendingExisting network of ISO relationshipsCompensationBase salary: $70,000 – $75,000On-target earnings: $100,000+ (including commission)Performance-based commission structure with strong earning potentialWhat We OfferFull training program with hands-on mentorshipCompetitive base salary + performance-based incentivesCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding companyDynamic, collaborative team environmentBenefits:401(k)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677
