If you're tired of seeing your hard work benefit someone else, this is your chance to be your own boss and build equity in your branch.What We OfferCompetitive Salary ($55,000 - $75,000, W-2 and 1099 options)Up to 10% equity ownership in your branchMonthly profit sharing (paid on the 25th of every month)Job leads providedVehicle assistance (potential vehicle provision based on performance)All equipment and suppliesMedical, vision, and dental benefitsAssistance with start‐up costs and trainingKey ResponsibilitiesSelf‐perform labor‐intensive restoration services at residents' homes on a 24‐hour basisQuickly respond to emergency calls and perform on‐site assessments of water, fire, and mold damageManage a high volume of customer calls and projects simultaneouslyProvide clear and accurate scoping of services, testing, and job estimatesDeliver exceptional service, maintaining a professional demeanor and clear communication with clients throughout the restoration processSafely operate and maintain restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, and moisture metersAdhere to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of hazardous materialsQualificationsMust be a self‐starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to perform physically demanding demo/restoration tasks and work independently in a busy environmentWillingness to work in a fast‐paced environment with the possibility of extended hoursStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and problem‐solving abilitiesPrevious experience in emergency mitigation or restoration services preferredHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalentCompensation$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearEMERGENCY WATER & FLOOD RESTORATION CAREERSAbout 24 Hour Flood ProsTMHere at 24 Hour Flood ProsTM, our mission is to bring the best and fastest response service to emergencies at residential and commercial properties throughout the entire country.
