System Analyst
Systems Analyst / Data Integration & Analytics Developer to support enterprise data warehousing, business intelligence, and healthcare analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ETL development, data integration, Snowflake, analytics platforms, and healthcare data environments. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions that support reporting, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain ETL mappings and workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).Acquire, transform, and integrate data from multiple source systems including Oracle, SQL Server, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Adobe PDF documents.Design and develop complex, high-performance Snowflake SQL scripts and database solutions.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, data models, mappings, and workflows.Support enterprise data warehousing, analytics, and performance management initiatives.Develop and maintain Tableau-ready datasets and support data visualization requirements.Create technical documentation, process flows, data mappings, and architecture diagrams using tools such as Visio and Erwin.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams to deliver scalable software and data solutions.Develop well-designed, testable, efficient, and maintainable code following software development best practices.Participate in Agile sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment activities.Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance requirements, particularly related to healthcare data.Support CI/CD implementation and automation using GitHub and GitHub Actions.Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP web services.Leverage AI-enabled tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Snowflake Intelligence, and Informatica Claire to improve development efficiency and analytics capabilities.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent professional experience.Experience developing ETL mappings and workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS.Experience integrating data from Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, PDF, and other enterprise data sources.Strong experience designing and developing complex Snowflake SQL solutions.Experience serving as a Systems Analyst on data analytics, business intelligence, performance management, or data warehousing projects.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Experience creating technical documentation, process diagrams, and data mappings.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.Experience delivering software platforms used across multiple business units and products.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Experience working within Agile development teams.Understanding of data security principles and best practices.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in the Healthcare industry.Prior experience supporting Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies.Experience working with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI).Experience developing automation and integration solutions using Python.Experience with JIRA for Agile project management.Functional knowledge and hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services.Experience developing applications and integrations using Java and JavaScript.Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions.Experience as a MuleSoft Developer.Experience using AI-enabled data and analytics tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Snowflake Intelligence, and Informatica Claire.
