Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements: 2 + Years of Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Exp in Manufacturing, Printing, Packaging, or Distribution OR 2 + Years of Commercial or Industrial HVAC required Diagnostic / Troubleshooting experience required Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals required Experience Troubleshooting DC drives, PLCs, and electrical systems, and older equipment (With and without PLCs) preferred Ability to Diagnose Digital/ Analog Drives (1/3–100 HP) preferred Experience with AC/DC motors, Controls, Conveyors, Balers, Air Compressors/Air Dryers, or Multimeters / Electrical test equipment preferred Experience with High-Speed Production Equipment - Printing Presses, Packaging Lines preferred Industrial Maintenance Technician Benefits: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Top Benefits! Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: This role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial electrical systems and high-speed production equipment in a manufacturing and commercial print setting Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and repairing equipment such as conveyors, PLCs, drives, motors, printing presses, bindery machines, inserters, packaging lines, balers, and air compressors Additional duties include troubleshoot issues, replace components, and maintain both modern and legacy equipment to support production uptime Recommends measures to improve working conditions of machines.
