Travel RN - Home Health

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a home health and hospice position, requiring a current NC or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.Job Details• Work in a home health and hospice setting providing patient care in the community,• Assignment for 13 weeks with day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM,• Cares for home health and hospice patient populations,• No on-site facility, travel to patients' homes required,Job Requirements• Active NC or compact RN license required,• Minimum of 1 year of recent home health or hospice RN experience,• Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification,• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months,• Valid US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration,Additional Information• Provide skilled nursing care and manage patient cases in a home environment,• Completion of skills checklist and reference verification required,• State Board of Nursing license verification and NURSYS verification must be provided,
