This is a player-coach leadership seat responsible for turning marketing investment into measurable pipeline growth.📌 Position SummaryThe CMO owns end-to-end marketing performance across brand, demand generation, digital, content, and partnerships. You will be accountable for every dollar spent, every agency engaged, and every internal marketer on the team.You will set the strategy, define the standards, and ensure execution delivers results.This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the President (Jeffrey Jones), COO, and Sales Directors.Marketing here is simple: creativity + discipline + accountability = growth.🔑 What You’ll Own1. Marketing Strategy & BrandOwn the full marketing strategy across all channelsDefine brand voice, positioning, and identitySet the roadmap aligned to revenue goalsEnsure agencies execute your strategy (not the other way around)2. Agencies & Team AccountabilityManage all external agencies (paid media, SEO, PR, creative, etc.)Build scorecards, track performance, and enforce accountabilityHire, coach, and manage internal marketing talentReplace underperforming partners when needed3. Build the In-House TeamTransition from agency-led execution to a strong internal team over timeHire specialists across SEO, paid media, content, social, and operationsDefine KPIs and development paths for each roleDecide what stays external vs. what comes in-house based on ROI4.
