Responsibilities for Conference Services and Events Coordinator:
Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and conference room users, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Coordinate all meeting and event logistics, including room setup, catering, AV requirements, materials, and signage.
Manage reservations and event details using Rendezvous booking software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Provide on-site event support, greeting guests, overseeing logistics, and resolving last-minute needs with professionalism.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to confirm event details and ensure flawless execution.
Maintain organized event records, reports, and layouts using Visio and other internal systems.
Qualifications for Conference Services and Events Coordinator:
High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate hospitality, reception, or event coordination.
Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Rendezvous, MyKastle, or similar systems preferred.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-pressure, professional environment.
Polished, dependable, and discreet, with exceptional attention to detail.
