We serve fractional consulting groups, wealth advisors, and other referral-based businesses that depend on deep client relationships to drive revenue.There won’t be a day where you are ever bored!The OpportunityWe're seeking a seasoned mid-market B2B SaaS sales executive to lead our sales efforts as Director of Sales. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to be instrumental in scaling a fast-growing company. You'll own the full sales cycle, working with our ideal customer profile of professional services firms that rely on referral or commission-based revenue models.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospecting through close for mid-market deals ranging from $50K-$250KRecruit, develop, and mentor a high-potential sales bench, building a clear growth track from SDR → BDR → Senior AE → Sales ManagerTarget and engage with fractional C-suite consulting groups, wealth advisors, tax consultants, and other professional services firms outlined in our ICP targetsLeverage AI-powered sales and outreach tools to build pipeline and drive efficient prospectingDevelop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target accounts and build relationships with key decision makersConduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and negotiations with C-level executives and practice leadersCollaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy, messaging, and go-to-market approachBuild repeatable sales processes and playbooks as we scaleTrack and report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and revenue forecastsRequired Qualifications5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotaExtensive experience selling to professional services firms, consulting practices, or similar relationship-driven businessesDeep expertise with AI sales and outreach tools, including Apollo, Clay, Valley, and SurfeExperience managing mid-market deal sizes in the $50K-$250K range with sales cycles of 45-120 days (or similar)Strong understanding of referral-based and commission-driven business modelsSelf-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a startup environment with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executivesExperience building sales processes and infrastructure from the ground upPreferred QualificationsExperience selling CRM, project management, or client relationship management solutionsBackground working with fractional executives, consulting firms, or wealth management practicesFamiliarity with modern sales tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, etc.)Previous experience in an early-stage startup environmentWhat we offerCompetitive commission structure with uncapped earning potentialOpportunity to shape the sales organization of a fast-growing startupFlexibility of 1099 contractor arrangement with remote workCutting-edge sales technology stack and toolsDirect collaboration with company leadershipImmediate start date for the right candidateIdeal Candidate ProfileYou're a hunter who loves the thrill of the chase and building relationships with sophisticated buyers.
