With a global presence and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking an experienced The Midwest Territory Manager to lead our Project in the Midwest/Central Region of USA. This position will report to the US Sales Director of Automotive and Industrial Coatings.This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.The Midwest Territory Manager oversees and drives the sales performance within a designated region, ensuring distributor relationships are managed effectively and sales targets are consistently met. The Midwest Territory Manager will automatically have two Area Managers located in the territory reporting to him/her.Key Responsibilities:In conjunction with the US Sales Director, develop a strategy to generate sales by obtaining new customers and expanding sales of existing customers through current refinish distribution.Maintain a pipeline of Jobbers in the territory.Support all new and existing business in the Distributor level. This includes regular travel.Manage the Area Manager Agenda, pipeline and goals to align to the rest of the territory.Look for more Area Managers, interview and hire them when time comes.Maintain budget for territory.Achieve assigned sales plan.Analyze performance reports of the territories and customers.Maintain regular contact with customers to understand the market needs.What do we offer?Competitive compensation package, including a fixed salary and annual incentive plan.Health insurance coverage and additional health-related benefits.Monthly allowance for vehicle and mobility expenses.Company-provided work tools, including a mobile phone and laptop.What are we looking for?University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and market expansion.Experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive refinishing or industrial coatings.Fluent English is required; additional languages will be considered a plus.Commercial and strategic profile, results-oriented.Availability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
