You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.Skills You NeedAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.Valid Utah real estate license (Required to join the team!)Good written and verbal communication skillsProficient in using technology and real estate software tools.Organized and Prepared, ready to run!Willingness to learn scripts and dialoguesStrong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Newly licensed or close to finishing pre-licensing?
