OBGYN Physician Opportunity Full-Spectrum Practice in Central Kentucky An established OBGYN practice in central Kentucky is seeking a physician who values clinical variety, strong team support, and a schedule designed for balance. This opportunity offers the ability to practice full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology in a welcoming, community-focused setting. Practice Setting Clinical mix is 70% Obstetrics, 30% Gynecology Join a team of 1 experienced OBGYN, 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APRN), dedicated support staff including nurses, MAs, front and back office, and a surgery scheduler Modern labor and delivery setup with dedicated surgical space and support Anesthesia and surgical assistance readily available Schedule Enjoy a flexible weekly schedule with 2.5-3 clinic days, a dedicated surgery day, and optional half-day FridaysCompensation & Benefits Base salary ranges from $330,000-$500,000 (dependent on experience) Productivity bonus available Includes signing bonus $75k - $100k and $10K relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits package with health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and 33 days of PTO $4,000 annual CME allowance with 5 CME days, plus leadership and teaching opportunities if desired Location: Bardstown, Kentucky Recognized as "Most Beautiful Small Town in America" Population 13,500 with a cost of living 20% below the national average Diverse housing options with a median home price around $220,000 Excellent public and private schools with nearby access to higher education Charming, family-friendly town known for bourbon, festivals, and rich cultural attractions Easy access to Louisville and other major cities, with abundant outdoor recreation and small-town warmth
