Financial Analyst Contract

Unity Search has partnered with a mission driven purpose organization looking for a fully remote Senior Finance Contractor.This role will support FP&A and operational finance initiatives during a period of continued growth and expansion. It will support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and executive-level analytics across a multi-site healthcare services environment.The consultant will also help provide additional bandwidth to the finance team while improving reporting visibility and operational decision support.Highlights of the role:Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly FP&A reporting processesDevelop and maintain advanced Excel financial models and reporting toolsAssist with KPI reporting, dashboard development, and executive analyticsPerform variance analysis and operational performance reportingSupport multi-site operational finance and reporting initiativesPartner with finance leadership on ad hoc analysis, strategic reporting, and process improvement initiativesKey qualifications:10+ years of FP&A, finance, or operational finance experienceHealthcare services experience strongly preferredAdvanced Excel and financial modeling experience requiredPower BI exposure preferredStrong communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced growth environmentIf this opportunity fits what you are looking for and what our client is targeting, this could be a fantastic opportunity!Pay is $80-$90/hour.
