This newly created role sits within a fast-growing Operations team and will support incentive compensation administration, operational and financial reporting, and performance analytics across the platform, with meaningful executive exposure from day one.The ideal candidate brings 2 to 5 years of experience across financial planning and analysis, operations analytics, compensation modeling, or Big 4 audit/advisory, and holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical horsepower, comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with modern reporting and visualization tools will set candidates apart.
