Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN General, Dialysis) Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Staff Augmentation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Multiple shifts available Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Valid Registered Nurse License Certifications: Relevant nursing certifications preferred Must-Have: Availability for all shifts and days; no upcoming scheduling conflicts; punctuality Description: Provide professional nursing care in a state-operated facility. Observe, assess, and record symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients. Make nursing rounds and take vital signs. Prepare and administer prescribed medications and treatment plans. Monitor patients requiring special attention and provide immediate medical assistance in emergencies. Counsel patients regarding their need for medical referrals. Participate in staff development and education. Review care plans written by staff and train new employees. In charge of overseeing health care for patients, including evaluating required care and developing care plans. Perform specialized procedures as necessary, including IV therapy, wound care, and more. Organize and oversee emergency response teams and direct assigned health care staff. Act as a lead worker for a specified area.
