Registered Dietitian – Obesity Care (AI-First Model)Remote (Multi-State)We’re partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed healthcare company building an AI-first, longitudinal care model focused on obesity and cardiometabolic health.This role sits within an early-stage clinical team rethinking how care is delivered - combining human expertise with AI-enabled tools to drive better outcomes at scale. You’ll work closely with physicians, NPs, and cross-functional partners to support patients over time through a structured, data-driven care journey.What you’ll doManage a high-volume member panel within a longitudinal obesity care programDeliver evidence-based nutrition care, supporting patients on GLP-1 therapies and related treatment plansLeverage AI-enabled tools to prioritize outreach, guide interventions, and enhance clinical decision-makingPartner closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and care team members to coordinate patient careOperate effectively in an evolving care model, helping refine workflows and contribute to continuous improvementBuild strong, empathetic relationships with patients while driving adherence and long-term outcomesContribute to a scalable care model designed to balance clinical quality with operational efficiencyRequirementsRegistered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with strong experience in obesity careExperience supporting patients on GLP-1 therapies or within a weight management programMultiple active state licenses (minimum of 2; priority states include FL, IA, TN, MA, NC, MO)Comfort working in a tech-enabled or digital health environment (or strong interest in doing so)Ability to manage a high-volume patient panel while maintaining quality of careStrong communication skills with a warm, empathetic, and patient-centered approachComfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomyPreferred:CSOWM certification (or willingness to obtain within 18 months)Experience in digital health or with leading obesity care platformsBilingual Spanish-speaking is a plusWhy this roleOpportunity to join at an early stage and help shape a next-generation care modelWork at the intersection of clinical care and AI-driven innovationExposure to a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on long-term patient outcomesCompetitive compensation, performance bonus, and covered licensure/continuing education supportAbility to make a meaningful impact in a rapidly growing area of healthcareIf you're interested in learning more, please send a resume to s.viall@kennedybond.com.
