CDP Engineer
Senior Full Stack Engineer – CDP / Audience Builder We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience across Full Stack Development, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Audience Builder, Data Activation, and AI-powered Customer Segmentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Build React/Next.js frontend applications and Python/Node.js backend services.
Develop Audience Builder, customer segmentation, audience preview, and activation workflows.
Build REST APIs and microservices supporting audience creation and data activation.
Integrate with Databricks, Delta Lake, ClickHouse, Redis, Kafka/Event Hubs, and other data platforms.
Support AI-driven segmentation, personalization, and customer insights.
Participate in architecture, coding, testing, debugging, code reviews, deployment, and production support.
Required Skills:
- Strong React / Next.js and Python and/or Node.jsREST APIs / MicroservicesCDP / Audience Builder / Customer Segmentation
- Hands-on implementation and configuration of Audience Builder/CDP platformsExperience with Adobe AEP, Adobe Audience Manager, or similar platforms
- Understanding of segmentation rules, data mapping, schemas, and identity stitching
- Data integration from CRM, web/app analytics, third-party, and marketing platformsExperience with Databricks / Delta Lake, Kafka/Event Hubs, ClickHouse, RedisStrong SDLC, design, debugging, testing, and deployment experience
- Critical Requirement:
Candidates must have actual hands-on Audience Builder/CDP implementation and configuration experience, not just experience using pre-built audiences for marketing campaigns.
