A company is looking for a Regional Care Coordinator to manage member experiences related to transportation services.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison with health plan clients, members, and partners to ensure superior member experiencesMonitor and confirm trips, recover from issues, and maintain documentation of escalations and action plansEnsure compliance with KPIs and contract requirements while adhering to policies and proceduresRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent9 months of experience in a Customer Care Representative role or similar experience in health care case managementProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle escalated situationsFamiliarity with medical terminology and patient care experience is preferred
