Patient Access Supervisor
To ensure efficient operations within the Patient Access Center, the full-time Patient Access Supervisor will direct and supervise daily activities, manage patient appointment coordination, and assure service excellence in a remote setting.
Key responsibilitiesDirect and supervise the daily activities of the Patient Access Center team
Manage the coordination of patient appointments and assessments to ensure appropriate scheduling
Ensure service excellence for patients, physicians, and internal customersRequired qualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred
4 years of medical office or call center experience required
Knowledge of IDX, EPIC, and related programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
