Job Description: Perform administrative duties and project coordination for Membership & Industry Relations and Awards departmentsResearch, analyze, and write non-biased career summariesData entry in TRAMM databaseEnsure member confidentialityAssist with verification of entries and onsite/off-site Screening MeetingsShip and track certificates and GRAMMY statuesInventory database; create and distribute certificatesCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate and manage various department projectsRequirements: Bachelor's Degree preferredPrior GRAMMY U involvement a plusPrevious administrative assistant experienceStrong proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applicationsExperience with databases (e.g. TRAMM, etc.)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects efficientlyMust be an independent problem-solverBenefits: medical, dental, and vision coverage401k matchgenerous paid time offcomprehensive benefits package
