Press Brake Operator

Press Brake Operator Join a dynamic team as a Press Brake Operator in a smaller shop environment with approximately 14 team members. You will be responsible for operating a press brake, inspecting parts, and working with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and regular steel. The role may also involve running a punch press and performing general maintenance on press brakes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in programming, capable of writing programs from start to finish, making tool changes, and calibrating machines daily. You will work on architectural metals, creating programs with multiple bends, up to 10 line items.Responsibilities:Operate press brake machines and inspect finished parts.Work with stainless steel, aluminum, and regular steel materials.Run a punch press and perform general maintenance on press brakes as needed.Program press brake machines from start to finish, including tool changes and daily calibrations.Create detailed programs with multiple bends, up to 10 line items.Essential Skills:5+ years of press brake experience.Proficiency in programming parts from prints or scratch on press brakes.Experience with blueprint reading and fabrication.Machine operation skills, particularly with Accupress or similar brands.Why Work Here?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, family-owned business that emphasizes personal growth and technical development.
