Key Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation Develop and innovate delicious menu items that reflect our Cajun, American and Seafood cuisine Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain efficiency Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic kitchen team to deliver excellent service Follow all health code protocol and procedures to a tee to ensure food quality and safety Hiring, guiding and developing the culinary staff around you Developing systems to control kitchen production and quality Collaborate with a motivated team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training preferred Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a like kitchen Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and styles Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays If you are a motivated culinary leader eager to bring your passion and expertise to Todds Creole Kitchen, apply now and become a vital part of our team!
