This job is all about keeping tri-axle dump trucks and tractor trailers running safely and efficiently.If you're the type of mechanic who knows their way around diesel engines, can diagnose problems on your own, and takes pride in doing the job right, this could be a great long-term opportunity. This is a temp-to-perm position with steady, year-round work and room to grow.ScheduleMonday-Friday: 1pm-10pm (Hours May Vary)Saturdays as neededFull-time, year-round workWhat You'll Be DoingDiagnose and repair diesel, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issuesPerform routine and preventative maintenance to keep trucks on the roadEngine diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairsBrake jobs, suspension, and steering repairsHydraulic system repairs (preferred)Electrical system diagnostics and repairsTires, general truck repairs, and basic maintenanceHandle road calls when neededKeep a clean, safe, and organized work areaJump in on other tasks as needed to support the operationWhat We're Looking ForHands-on experience working on dump trucks and/or tractor trailersStrong knowledge of diesel enginesAbility to diagnose and fix problems independentlyComfortable using diagnostic tools and power toolsReliable transportation to and from workValid driver's license requiredCDL is a plus , but not requiredStrong work ethic, dependable, and safety-mindedPay & BenefitsStarting at $25/hour or more , depending on experienceTemp-to-perm opportunitySteady, year-round workWork with a well-established local companyConsistent hours and long-term potentialManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
