The business offers a stable, team-oriented environment where project leaders are empowered to take full ownership of complex programs and grow their careers within a respected, financially strong company.DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesAs the Project Manager, you will report into senior leadership and take full ownership of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. You will:Lead multiple federal construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budget, and scheduleBuild strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsOversee preconstruction activities including scope development, estimates, risk assessments, schedules, and value engineeringManage all construction phase operations including subcontractor buyout, contracting, RFIs, change orders, forecasting, and monthly reportingTake full responsibility for project financials, including WIP reporting, cash flow, payment applications, and profit optimizationChair OAC meetings, ensure documentation accuracy, and drive timely closeout and final paymentProvide leadership, direction, and development to Assistant Project ManagersProfileThe Successful ApplicantFor the Project Manager position, we are seeking:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial or federal constructionExperience delivering $30M+ projects; prior exposure to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects is highly preferredProficiency with MS Office, Procore, and construction scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred)Strong financial acumen, negotiation abilities, and risk management skillsProven ability to lead teams and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationshipsAbility to meet strict federal compliance requirements including background checks and drug screeningJob OfferWhat's on OfferSalary: $105,000 - $140,000 annuallyComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA, life & AD&D, disability, EAP, paid time off, and 401(k) with company matchOpportunity to manage large, high-visibility federal projectsCareer progression in a stable, well-respected construction organizationStrong culture of teamwork, integrity, accountability, and professional development
