Chip Design Engineer

Overview In this role you will lead the design of next‑gen Nitro silicon blocks for AWS, driving architecture through tape‑out. You’ll work with a fast, cross‑functional team to deliver production‑grade IP at scale and partner with Verification, Emulation, and other groups to ensure robust, implementable designs. This is a hands‑on position focused on end‑to‑end ownership and impact across a multi‑block platform that powers AWS globally. Join a mission to shape cloud hardware at scale.
