Manager, Adult Day Support and Respite Operations

You will oversee the delivery of innovative, community-integrated programming that prioritizes skill-building and person-centered outcomes while ensuring all services remain in strict compliance with state regulations, Medicaid waivers, and licensing standards. Beyond operational oversight and budget management, you will serve as a key ambassador for SOAR365, building strong relationships with families and community partners to promote an inclusive, trauma-informed environment that upholds the dignity of every participant.Requirements & QualificationsTo qualify for this role, you should possess a degree in Social Services Administration, Management, Social Work, or a related human services field, paired with at least five years of supervisory experience (or an equivalent mix of education and experience). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and implementing positive behavior support strategies for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, alongside a deep understanding of DBHDS, DMAS, and DSS regulations.
