System Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support the development, integration, and validation of automotive electrical/electronic systems. The candidate will translate customer and vehicle-level requirements into system requirements, architecture, interfaces, and verification plans.
Key Responsibilities Define, analyze, and manage system requirements for automotive features, ECUs, and vehicle functions.
Develop system architecture, functional specifications, interface control documents, and traceability matrices.
Collaborate with hardware, embedded software, controls, calibration, test, and vehicle integration teams.
Support integration of ECUs, sensors, actuators, CAN/LIN communication, diagnostics, and vehicle networks.
Perform system-level troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution during development and testing.
Create and execute system verification and validation plans, including SIL, HIL, bench, and vehicle testing.
Support compliance with automotive standards such as ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, and cybersecurity requirements.
Participate in design reviews, FMEA, change management, and technical documentation activities.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
Provide engineering support throughout the complete product development lifecycle.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience in automotive systems engineering, ECU development, vehicle integration, or embedded systems.
Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS diagnostics, and automotive communication protocols.
Familiarity with requirements management tools such as DOORS, Polarion, Jama, or similar tools.
Understanding of V-Model development lifecycle, functional safety, system engineering processes, and automotive validation methods.
