Job OverviewEbenezer is looking for a Housekeeper to join our senior cooperative team at Gramercy Coop Duluth in Duluth, MN! This position provides a clean, safe and odor free environment for residents, staff and visitors. Cleans assigned areas of the building.This environmental services schedule includes;32 hours every two weeksPart time; Day shiftMonday, Wednesday and Friday's 8 AM - 2:30 PMNo weekendsResponsibilitiesCleans assigned areas of building:Performs thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including vacuums carpets, sweeps and mops hard floor surfaces, dusts and/or damp wipes surfaces, sanitizes bathrooms, cleans all glass windows/mirrors.Prioritizes tasks and completes within allotted time.Assists in cleaning emergency spills as needed.Assumes other responsibilities as assigned.Performs job duties safely, using correct body mechanics and personal protective equipment:Safely mixes chemicals according to instructions.Safely executes housekeeping tasks, such as the proper way to bend, push, pull and lift.Demonstrates precautionary work practices for the safety of others in the work areas, such as electric cords, wet floor signs, etc.Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies:Maintains housekeeping cart and storage area on daily basis.Keeps supplies and tools locked at all times.Communicates supplies that need to be re-stocked.Communicates need for equipment repairs.Required Qualificationsless than 1 year of previous experiencePreferred Qualifications1 year of previous experienceBenefit OverviewEbenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
