We are committed to reliability, accountability, and fostering long-term partnerships with our clients. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Carrier Sales Representative. The Carrier Sales role involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with carrier partners to ensure the timely and efficient movement of freight. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating rates, ensuring capacity to meet demand, coordinating shipments, managing carrier communication, and resolving any issues that arise during transit. The individual will also work closely with internal teams to support account management and deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications Experience in Freight Brokerage with knowledge of industry practices and transportation logisticsStrong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to relate to diverse stakeholdersCustomer Service proficiency with a solutions-oriented approach to responding to client and carrier needsAccount Management and Sales skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationshipsStrong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesComfortable working remotely with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlinesExperience in time-sensitive freight or related industries is an assetProficiency in logistics management software or TMS platforms is a plus
