Assembly TechnicianJoin our team as an Assembly Technician, where you will play a vital role in assembling quick release couplings, operating assembly equipment, and ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining high standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAssemble quick release couplings efficiently and accurately.Operate all assembly equipment to ensure smooth production flow.Package completed assemblies for shipment with attention to detail.Verify the function of the product to ensure quality standards are met.Participate in continuous improvement opportunities using A3 and 3-legged 5 why tools.Follow standard work and work instructions meticulously.Maintain a clean work environment using the 5S principle.Work safely, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.Achieve and maintain a minimum of 90% daily attainment level.Essential SkillsProficiency in assembly and production processes.Experience in packing and general labor.Skillful in machine operation and mechanical assembly.Familiarity with hand tools and machine operating.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent dexterity and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.Capability to handle a fast-paced work environment.Motivation and a positive attitude.Why Work Here?Enjoy comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, along with profit sharing bonuses and 401(k) matching.
