People & Culture Coordinator

Job Description The People & Culture Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle at Park & Eleazer Construction. This position will coordinate core HR responsibilities while helping foster a positive, organized, and people-first culture.This role supports onboarding, recruiting, employee records management, employee experience, and culture reinforcement for both office and field employees. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the construction industry.
