Our 76-bed skilled nursing facility offers a variety of care services, including short-term rehabilitation, osteopathic massage therapy, long-term care, skilled nursing, and respite services. Our warm and welcoming environment is designed to promote healing, recovery, and daily living, with a focus on individual needs, personal dignity, and compassionate care.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's goals and objectivesRecruit, hire, and onboard high-quality staff while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulationsProvide guidance and support to employees, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environmentManage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain open lines of communicationOversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary administration, benefits planning, and employee recognition programsEnsure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulationsDevelop and maintain HR records and reports to track employee data, turnover, and other key metricsCollaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and performanceDevelop and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient use of resourcesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to HR processes and proceduresRequirements:Preferred bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare settingStrong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws, including employment laws, regulations, and best practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in HR software and systems, such as HRIS, payroll, and benefits administrationWhat We Offer:A fulfilling career in a dynamic and growing organizationA competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA supportive and inclusive work environmentA chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and employeesHow to Apply:If you are a motivated and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge, please consider joining our team.
