We are now expanding our team to take advantage of consistently increasing demand and opportunities in North and South America.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time detail-oriented Aerospace Production Operative to join our dynamic manufacturing and repair team. The successful candidate will work with a variety of materials, including foam, fabric, leather, plastics and composites, to produce high-quality aircraft interior components according to technical drawings and specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, and production orders to manufacture aircraft interior components.Operate and maintain production machinery and tools used for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.Cut and assemble materials including foam, fabric, leather, and composites with precision.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines while maintaining a safe work environment.Assist in the identification of process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.Maintain accurate records of production processes, materials used and completed work.Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing or production environment preferable, but full training will be provided.Organized and Detail Oriented.Proficiency in using hand tools and production machinery.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.Prior experience working with sewing machines, patterning, general upholstery are a plus for consideration.
