Greetings from ITC Infotech!Role - Data/BI EngineerLocation - Sacramento, CAStart Date: ImmediatePosition Type: Full Time (Medical, 401K, PTO etc.)Job description:Build and maintain T-SQL views, stored procedures, and operational reports (SSRS or equivalent) against HealthRules Payer data warehouse replicated to on-premises SQL ServerDevelop data marts for commercial health plan operational analytics (claims lag, denial rates, financial accuracy, PMPM trends, provider performance)Support ad hoc data requests from finance, operations, and compliance teamsEnsure data quality and reconciliation between HealthRules data warehouse and downstream reportingProvide limited support for value-based care analytics, working within an existing enterprise semantic model that integrates health plan data with clinical and quality data sources Required Experience3+ years SQL Server development (T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS) in healthcare payer or provider environmentExperience working with HealthRules Payer data warehouse structures (claims, membership, provider, accumulators)Commercial health plan metrics and KPIs (claims, enrollment, accumulators, financial reporting)Experience building semantic layers or data marts for self-service BIPower BI development experience, including working within existing semantic models and datasets Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of health plan regulatory reporting (e.g., risk adjustment, MLR, quality measures)Experience with value-based care analytics (quality measures, cost of care, utilization, risk stratification)Experience working with multi-source data models integrating payer, clinical, and quality data.Education QualificationBachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience acceptable).ITC Infotech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
